2) Website information

Content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek appropriate medical guidance for your situation, especially if symptoms are severe, worsening, or associated with red flags.

  • Sessions are provided one-to-one.

  • You are responsible for arriving on time and providing accurate information relevant to your care.

We understand plans change. Please give as much notice as possible.

7) Clinical care and outcomes

Physiotherapy outcomes vary. Treatment plans are individualised based on assessment, clinical reasoning, and your response over time. No outcome can be guaranteed.

Progress is influenced by factors such as presentation, baseline capacity, adherence, recovery, and wider health context.

8) Your responsibilities as a client

To support safe and effective care, you agree to:

  • provide accurate health information and disclose relevant medical history

  • follow agreed safety advice and ask questions if anything is unclear

  • inform us if symptoms change significantly or new symptoms appear

  • engage with the plan as discussed (including home exercises where appropriate)

9) Safety and escalation

If your presentation suggests you may need medical investigation or specialist input, we may advise you to contact your GP, NHS services, or an appropriate specialist. FitSpine may refuse or discontinue treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or safe to proceed.

10) Case studies, testimonials, and educational content

Case studies are shared for education and context. Outcomes vary and individual results cannot be assumed. Any testimonials shown reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.
