My Clinical Approach

Every plan starts with a detailed assessment, not just where pain is felt, but how symptoms respond to movement and load. From there, treatment is tailored to the presentation and progressed in stages, based on measurable improvement, working with patients across Chelsea and surrounding areas of London.

My approach typically includes:

  • Hands-on techniques where appropriate (mobility work, soft tissue techniques, joint-specific treatment).

  • Targeted corrective exercise and movement re-education.

  • Progressive strengthening for stability and long-term resilience.

  • A structured home plan with clear progression rules.

  • Reassessment over time to keep progress safe and consistent.

Where clinically appropriate, I also integrate advanced technology such as the Manuthera 242 to support precise spinal mobilisation and decompression strategies within a broader rehabilitation plan.

Clinical Experience

I’ve worked across a wide range of musculoskeletal presentations, including disc-related back pain and sciatica, chronic neck and back pain, shoulder and elbow injuries, tendon overload, post-surgical and fracture rehabilitation, scoliosis and postural conditions, degenerative joint issues, sports injuries, and work-related musculoskeletal pain.

Between 2010 and 2015, I worked in neuro-paediatrics supporting children with neurological, developmental, and musculoskeletal presentations. I now focus primarily on musculoskeletal physiotherapy with a strong emphasis on spine and joint rehabilitation,  working in a private practice in Chelsea, London.
