Physio performing rehabilitation on manuthera spine mobilisation table

Rehabilitation is often needed after surgery, fractures, significant flare-ups, or long-standing pain that has gradually changed strength, mobility, and confidence. These cases typically improve best with structured progression, not quick fixes.

In my clinical work in Chelsea and London, my approach focuses on rebuilding capacity in a way that matches real life: walking, lifting, work demands, and return to sport where appropriate, using objective progressions and consistent follow-up to reduce setbacks.

How these symptoms often present:

Ongoing pain that limits walking, lifting, work, sport, or sleep.

Reduced strength and endurance after time off, injury, or surgery.

Stiffness and sensitivity after immobilisation or reduced activity.

Fear of re-injury or repeated flare-ups when returning to normal routines.

Symptoms linked to repetitive work demands or long-term joint change.

Diagnoses often associated with these symptoms

In my work, symptoms related to back, neck, and spinal pain are often described using diagnoses such as:

Disc herniations & sciatica

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation After Fractures

Degenerative Joint Conditions

Facet joint dysfunction

Occupational-Related MSK Pain

*These terms can be helpful for context, but assessment always focuses on how symptoms present and respond in each individual case.

Therapies & Tools

Each technique is selected based on assessment, clinical reasoning, and how your body responds over time.

From hands-on physiotherapy to specialised equipment, treatments are chosen carefully to support recovery, improve movement, and reduce pain, never applied as a routine.

I can’t recommend Daniel enough. I’ve struggled with a prolapsed disc in my lower back for almost 20 years. Over that time I saw many doctors in different countries, but most only prescribed painkillers or basic exercises without ever properly explaining the issue. When I first met Daniel three years ago, I was in unbearable pain and could barely walk. After few sessions the pain became manageable, and with his physiotherapy techniques and exercises, things kept improving. Today I’m in a completely different place; the pain is under control and I’ve even started running again, which I never thought would be possible. Daniel is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. In my experience, he’s the best physio I’ve ever seen and it doesn’t surprise me that people travel from all over to see him. If I could give 10 stars I would, but unfortunately the maximum is 5.
